Our Training
Our training is based on real-world scenarios.
They are designed to prepare our students for a variety of situations, from a public assault to home invasions.
We focus on practical techniques.
Either by "Hand to Hand " or by use of a "Concealed Weapon".
These techniques are easy to learn and will become second nature. And can be adapted to multiple SELF-DEFENSE situations.
